Terms of use

Last updated: 6 November 2026. These terms apply to the app Wimmelkobel. The provider is Marco Desiderio (see legal notice).

1. What Wimmelkobel offers

• The app is free to download and has no ads.
• To try it out, each picture runs for 3 minutes a day, 6 minutes a day at most in total. After that it sleeps until the next day.
• Purchased pictures run without this limit. After the first purchase, you can set a daily playtime yourself in the parents' area.

2. Purchases

You buy pictures one by one or as a pack in the parents' area through Google Play, one-off and without a subscription. Seller, payment, invoice, withdrawal and refund are governed by the Google Play terms. A single purchase belongs to its picture. A pack is a number of pictures: you use it to unlock the pictures you want, and any left over stay open for new pictures. We do not promise whether or when new pictures will appear. Purchases apply to the Google account you pay with. The choice of pictures is stored on the device and is made again after a reinstall. If a purchase is refunded, the unlock ends.

3. Content

The app's pictures, stories, sounds and music are protected by copyright. You may use the app for yourself and your family, but not change, copy or resell it.

4. Liability

We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only if we breach an essential duty you may rely on, and then only for foreseeable, typical damage.

5. Final provisions

For pictures already purchased, what was promised at purchase continues to apply even if these terms change. German law applies; mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in remain unaffected.
